BRC Arabia welded wire mesh is manufactured using high-yield strength drawn deformed wires to BS 4482:2005, ASTM A1064 and DIN 488, with mesh production carried out in accordance with BS 4483:2005 and ASTM A1064M. All products offer a minimum yield strength of 485–515 N/mm², ensuring consistent structural reliability across applications.

What is the difference between standard and engineered welded wire mesh?

Standard mesh sheets are available in fixed sizes for immediate supply and are suited to common reinforcement applications such as ground slabs and wall panels. Engineered mesh is produced to project-specific dimensions and wire configurations, designed for structural applications including bridges, foundations, columns and barrier systems.

What wire diameters and sheet sizes are available?

BRC Arabia produces welded wire mesh with wire diameters ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm. Sheet widths are available up to 3.40 metres and lengths up to 10.00 metres. Custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.

What standards does BRC Arabia's welded wire mesh comply with?

All welded wire mesh is manufactured in accordance with BS 4483:2005 and ASTM A1064M, using deformed wires produced to BS 4482:2005, ASTM A1064 and DIN 488. Minimum yield strength is 485–515 N/mm².

What opening sizes are available?

Standard opening configurations include 50 × 50 mm, 100 × 100 mm, and 50 × 100 mm. Other combinations, smaller openings and finer wire diameters can be produced upon request to meet specific project requirements.
